With more than a decade of experience in business management and entrepreneurship, Yogev led the economic department of the Cooperative Movement in Israel. Education: MBA from the University of Haifa, and a BA in Environmental Economics and Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
VP Human Resources
Shira has over a decade of experience in building and management of human resources infrastructure in global companies. She led organizational development processes and global employee recruitment. Her MA in in Organizational Behavior from The New School University, NY, and her BA is in Sociology and Anthropology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Founder and CTO
Shai oversees the company’s research, development and technologies. He formerly served as the Cannabis Growers Association in Israel chairperson. Shai holds extensive software expertise and experience in development procedures. Education: B.Ed in Education and Teaching from Kibbutzim College.
CFO
An accountant with rich experience in management, strategy and operations, Amichai previously served as a senior tax consultant at EY and a valuation expert at PWC. Education: MBA and BA in Accounting & Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Marketing Manager
With a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in business management, Riki specializes in business and managerial psychology. She holds over 15 years of experience in marketing, including building strategies, brand development, and driving innovation and growth.
Riki formerly managed the meals marketing field at Strauss Group and marketing the group's frozen vegetable products. Prior to this, she managed marketing activities for leading brands including Tapuchips, Doritos and Yad Mordechai.

Meggi is responsible for all stages of growing and pollination, up to and including production in the various facilities. Education: BA in Economics & Management
VP Sales and Commerce
Previously served as the Sales Director at Talent Investments and Sales Manager at Newpharm Consumer Products. Shlomi authored the book "Overcoming Challenges in Our Lives." “If I wasn’t working at Seach, I'd be a sales coach.”
Retail Manager
Etti established and international network in Israel with some 26 branches, using her decade-plus experience in international companies in the field of retail. Education: BA in Business Management from the College of Management, and graduate of Sivan Computer Sciences School.
VP Business Development
As an accountant, Hagai accrued vast experience in structuring and implementing business strategies and technological developments for diverse industries while working at KPMG and Deloitte. Education: BA in Accounting & Business Management, and graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.
Director of Growing Technology
Nitzan holds 8 years of experience in commercial cannabis growing, Nitzan also worked in agricultural cultivation in the field of genetic research. Education: MBA and B.Sc in Biology from Ben-Gurion University.
