Full responsibility for the annual marketing plan and implementation of the actual marketing strategy.
Launch of new products, including work interfaces with regulatory bodies in Israel and worldwide.

You will be responsible for the following actions:
• Management and implementation of point of sale and OEM communication
• Planning and execution of marketing moves
• Management and execution of ongoing parts of the branding process, including brand language, brand visibility and packaging in general and the product in particular
• create connections with international import and distribution bodies for the assimilation of the brand / product in different target countries
• Planning and implementing the brand’s marketing communication system, including: campaigns and launches, including digital and social networks, working with advertising agencies and PR
• Maintenance and operation of the company’s website and its management in the marketing and advertising aspects
• Execution of the materials themselves (production)
• Development and management of B2C & B2B marketing communications for physicians and medical staff (in Israel and worldwide), pharma chains and pharmacies
• Data analysis – conducting ongoing controls and analytical analyzes of brand management
• Involvement in the brand’s P&L – monitoring the range of products in the category, including sales targets, market shares and profitability

Requirements:
At least two years of experience in managing a global brand, experience in launching new products, preferably in the medical field.
Knowledge and experience in digital marketing in various channels
English at a very high level
Technological orientation
Experience working with customers and global interfaces
Analytical ability and work with data
Assertive, creative, independent, high learning ability
Patience, courtesy, high service consciousness
Ability to negotiate at a high level
Bachelor’s degree – required, Master’s degree – an advantage

The day-to-day work includes performing sales talks, giving presentations and professional guidance to medical staff and participating in relevant conferences. This position includes working with diversified medical personnel: doctors, pharmacists, specialist etc.

The medical representative must have a high level of communication ability, be assertive, pleasant, energetic and with high awareness to time management and to important issues that arise from the field. It must also have a strong sales orientation.

The position requirements:

  • BA in life science/ or other paramedical degree – a MUST
  • Experience in sales – an advantage
  • At least two years of experience working as a medical representative in a pharma/medical equipment company – a MUST
  • Good English skills – an advantage
  • Driving license – a MUST
  • A desire to work “in the field” and ability to travel a lot by car
